Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password stored as a one-way hash), the birth and family details you submit for a reading (name, date, time and place of birth, parents' names, phone number, notes), a photo of your thumbprint, booking and order details, and written reading notes and audio-recording links. We do not store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe (or PayPal), which gives us a confirmation reference.

Why we use it

To search for and read your Nadi leaf, translate and record your sessions, process payment, send booking messages and keep our records.

Who sees it

Our team and the Nadi reader, only as needed for your sessions. Your thumbprint photo is stored privately on our server and is visible only to you and our admin. Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies. Our payment provider may set its own cookies on its payment page.

Retention and your rights

We keep records for as long as needed for your service and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data (including your thumbprint photo) by emailing MathinaMaideen@yahoo.com.
